  • 1. Darken the circle of appropriate answer option of (a)/ (b)/ (c)/ (d) by Black Ball point Pen only.

  • 2. Candidates must preserve the receipt and Admit Card safely and bring the same to the examination hall and proswduce the same on demand by the Invigilator/supervisor.
  • 3. Candidate should occupy the seat in the examination hall at list thirty minutes before the commencement of the test.
  • 4. Details such as seat number, etc. must be entered carefully on the test booklet.
  • 5. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the test.
  • 6. In case of the loss of the Admit card, it shall be obligatory on the part of the candidate to procure a Duplicate Admit Card, not later than one hour before the commencement of the test, on production of sufficient evidence to prove that he/she is the genuine/bonafide examinee (Receipt issued by the University Authority).
  • 7. The photograph on application form and photography on Admit Card should be taken from the same negative.
  • 8. Please note that issue of Admit card is just an enabling provision for appearing at PGD-AIET and does not imply that the candidate satisfies all the requirements of eligibility conditions of admission.
  • 9. Please quote your application number in further correspondence.
  • 10. The University will dispatch Admit card on the address given by the candidates in his/her application form. The receipt of Admit Card issued by Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Deemed University, Karad, is the entire responsibility of the candidate. Competent Authority does not bear any responsibility for non-receipt of the Admit card.

  • 1. Candidate shall carefully read the instructions printed on the Test Booklet with answer column.
  • 2. Enter the PGD-AIET ROLL NUMBER accurately. The correctness of entries has to be cross checked by the invigilators.
  • 3. Choice and sequence for attempting questions will be as per the convenience of the candidate.
  • 4. Determine the correct response from out of the four available options given for each questions.
  • 5. For answering the particular question, darken the appropriate circle completely by using only Black ball point pen.
  • 6. Each answer with correct response shall be awarded one (1) mark. No mark shall be awarded in the case of marking two or more answers, scratching, overwriting.
  • 7. Rough work should be done only on the blank space provided on the Test Booklet. Rough work should not be done anywhere on the booklet.
  • 8. Printed log-table containing LOG, ANTI-LOG, SIN, COS, TAN & SQUARE ROOTS only are permitted. But Log Tables with conversion tables and Formulae, Calculators, Cellular phones, Pagers or any other electronic gadgets are not permitted in the examination hall.
  • 9. Immediately after the prescribed test time is over, the Test Booklet with answers are to be returned to the Invigilator. Confirm that the Test Booklet bear the signatures of yourself and the Invigilator.
  • 10. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall till the test is over and all the Test Booklets in the examination are collected by the Invigilator.
